We're building the collaborative coding platform that software teams deserve.
Collab.Code was born from one frustration: every tool forced a choice between powerful editing and real-time collaboration. We refused to make that tradeoff.

Our mission
Make the experience of coding together as fast, fluid, and focused as coding alone.
We started Collab.Code after watching too many engineering teams waste hours in laggy screen-shares, dealing with merge conflicts that shouldn't exist, and running technical interviews in tools that feel like they were built in 2005.
We believe CRDT synchronisation, AI-assisted review, and sandboxed execution aren't luxuries — they're the baseline for any serious collaborative coding tool in 2026.
The team
Arhama Faridi
Founder & CEO
Previously built real-time infrastructure at scale. Obsessed with distributed systems and developer experience.
Marcus Chen
CTO
10 years shipping compilers and language tooling. Designed the Y.js CRDT integration and code execution sandbox.
Priya Kapoor
Head of Product
Ex-Figma. Focused on making collaborative workflows feel native — not bolted on. Led interview mode from concept to launch.
Dan Okafor
Lead Engineer
Full-stack with a focus on performance. Built the Redis Pub/Sub scaling layer and the Monaco integration.
Yuki Tanaka
Head of Growth
Previously scaled developer communities at Vercel and Linear. Believes great tools grow through word of mouth alone.
You?
We're hiring engineers, designers, and growth people who care deeply about developer tools.

Engineering quality first
We don't ship features — we ship craft. Every decision is made with the long-term architecture in mind.
Collaboration as a primitive
Real-time is not a feature. It's the foundation. Everything we build assumes multiple people are present.
Security without compromise
We run untrusted code millions of times a day. Security is not a checklist — it's how we think.
Love for the craft
We're developers who use Collab.Code every day. If it annoys us, we fix it. That's the whole product process.
Open by default
Public profiles, public rooms, public roadmap. We believe the best software is built in the open.
Radical simplicity
We remove more than we add. The goal is always fewer decisions for the user, not more features on a page.
